Immediate Response for Maricopa County & Tucson Families
Court-approved supervised visitation where your child's safety, comfort, and well-being are the only thing that matters in the room.
Four court-aligned services, one set of standards. Every visit, every report, every interaction is built around the child — not the calendar, not the billing rate, not the convenience of the agency.
A trained Pinnacle supervisor stays with the child for the entire visit, documenting what happens in real time. We follow your court order's conditions to the letter and never leave the room.
When the court order keeps the parents apart but allows unmonitored parenting time, we facilitate the handoff at a neutral location and document every exchange so nothing is left to interpretation.
For long-distance parents, recovering parents, or specific court orders, we host monitored video visits on a secure platform with the same documentation rigor as our in-person work.
Every session ends in a written report — objective, timestamped, formatted for the Maricopa County Superior Court and Pima County Superior Court. Your attorney gets a copy too, no extra charge.
Four steps from the moment you decide to call. We move fast on intake so you can move fast on your case.
Call 480.540.0665 or submit the intake form. Have your court order ready if you have one — it gives us the head start we need.
A coordinator walks you through the case, reviews the order with you, takes the one-time $150 intake fee, and assigns your dedicated supervisor.
We coordinate with both parties, confirm a meet-up location everyone can live with, and lock the time in writing. Standard booking is within 7 days; expedited intake is available.
Your supervisor attends the full visit and writes the court-ready report afterward. No editorializing, no opinions — just observations and timestamps, ready for your attorney or the court.
Two Arizona markets. One set of Pinnacle standards. Pick the city closest to you to see local meet-up venues, the court that hears your case, and how to get started in your area.
Don't see your city? We work across the entire Phoenix metro — view the full Maricopa County coverage page.
Pinnacle's southern Arizona branch covers the Tucson area and Pima County — same Level 1-cleared supervisors, same Child-First standards, same flat-rate pricing. Reports are formatted for Pima County Superior Court.
Pima County DetailsIf you've worked with a supervised visitation agency before, you already know how varied the experience can be. Here's what makes Pinnacle Pinnacle.
Every protocol Pinnacle uses exists because of how it affects the child. Adult convenience, billing optimization, and agency policy never come before what's best for the kid in the room.
Every Pinnacle supervisor holds an active Arizona DPS Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card and completes Pinnacle's proprietary Child-First training before working a single visit.
No prior relationship with either parent, ever. Pinnacle works the order — not the side of the parent who's paying. The court and the child are the only ones we answer to.
$150 intake, $65 an hour. That's it. No monthly case fees, no mileage, no surprise admin charges. The model is built around making professional supervision actually affordable.
Intake is generally same-day. Standard first-visit booking is within 7 days, with an expedited intake package for families who need to move sooner. And our 24-hour response promise is in writing.
Pinnacle now covers both the Phoenix metro and the Tucson area, with the same Level 1-cleared supervisors and the same Child-First standards in both. One number reaches both markets: 480.540.0665.
What you see is what you pay. No monthly fees, no mileage charges, no surprise add-ons.
One-Time Intake & File Review
Professional Hourly Rate
Sessions have a 2-hour minimum (so $130 minimum per visit). Cancellation with 24+ hours notice is free. Expedited intake available for families that need a first visit booked in under 7 days.
What every Maricopa County and Tucson parent wants to know before the first visit.
Intake is generally initiated the same day you submit your information through our intake form. Our standard policy is to book the first visit within 7 days of completing intake. If you need to move faster than that, we offer an expedited intake package — ask your coordinator on the intake call.
Every Pinnacle supervisor holds an active Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety. Each one completes Pinnacle's proprietary Child-First training program before working a single visit — covering observation, documentation, de-escalation, and the specific procedural rules of Arizona family court.
Locations are picked case by case based on what your court order requires and what makes the most sense for your child's age and comfort. Most Pinnacle visits take place in neutral public settings — parks, libraries, family-appropriate restaurants, indoor play spaces, retail centers like Target, or shopping malls. Some cases call for a more private venue; we'll talk through it during intake.
Yes. Pinnacle's Tucson branch covers Tucson, Oro Valley, Marana, Vail and the surrounding Pima County area. Same supervisors-trained-to-the-same-standard model, same flat-rate pricing, same phone number: 480.540.0665. Reports are formatted to meet Pima County Superior Court documentation expectations.
Yes. Pinnacle reports are written in objective, non-editorial language, timestamped throughout the visit, and formatted to meet the standards used by the Maricopa County Superior Court Family Division and the Pima County Superior Court. Our reports are regularly used by Arizona family law attorneys, Best-Interests Attorneys, and judges across both counties.
Life happens. Cancellation with 24+ hours notice carries no fee. Emergency situations are handled case-by-case — we'd rather move a visit and keep your case on track than penalize a parent for a real-world reason. Notify your coordinator as early as you can.
Most Arizona supervised visitation orders specify which parent is responsible for the supervisor's cost. In many cases it's the parent whose parenting time is being supervised, but every order is different. We'll work with whatever payment structure your order spells out.

"As a custodial mother who has been through a few supervisors, I am blown away by Pinnacle. Pinnacle Supervisors is by far the best supervised visitation monitor in Arizona. For once my child finally feels safe. Thank YOU!"
"Pinnacle supervisors is the best visitation agency in the valley. Unlike the other agencies I had to use, they truly care about the kids' best interests and not how to squeeze every penny from a parent already hurt by the system. Highly recommend!"
"Really 5 star... have been through this with many agencies so I appreciate the service Pinnacle has provided us. Truly 'child-centric' as they claim — that SHOULD make everyone happy! Wish I started with them in '21."
"Excellent services, good people good prices."
Whether you're in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Tucson, or anywhere in between — same phone, same response promise, same Child-First standards.
